Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network
The Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network (TCLHIN) was selected by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care to plan, unite and fund local healthcare services.
They needed a Healthcare ERP software system that would allow for continued growth and complexity to handle its changing business needs. It also had demanding requirements for management reporting information that its current system was not able to handle.
The ERP system implemented by BDO consists of the following Microsoft Dynamics GP2010 modules delivered on Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server in a privately hosted environment:
- ERP configuration was completed for multiple companies with integrated security functionality
- System Manager, General Ledger with Microsoft Excel based Budgeting, Payables Management, Receivables Management, Human Resource Management, Bank Reconciliation and Purchase Order Processing modules were consistently configured across all databases
- Other tools installed and configured include Management Reporter, Audit Trails, Mekorma (third party module) and Employee Self Service Portal
