This case study outlines how BDO Solutions implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM to address BHH Benefit’s requirements.
BHH had an existing customized Sage ACT! database (its contact management system) to keep track of its clients, and to organize and track communications through emails, phone calls, appointments and tasks. They did not have an integration between ACT! and Microsoft Outlook and they also couldn’t integrate ACT! with their BlackBerry devices. They manually tracked data in spreadsheets in order to follow through with prospects, and used Microsoft Word documents to track the results of client meetings.
